Return, Replacement, Cancellation & Pricing Policy

Wrong Item Delivered – Jainko

Step 1

Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery by emailing Support@jainko.in or contacting us at:

Please share clear images of the incorrect product along with your order ID.

Step 2

Allow 48 working hours for our team to review your request.

Step 3

Upon approval, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the incorrect product from your location.

Step 4

If reverse pickup service is unavailable in your area, we will assist you with an alternative return option.

Step 5

Once the incorrect product is received and verified, we will ship your replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund.

Item Damaged – Jainko

Step 1

Raise a replacement request within 3 days from delivery by contacting Support@jainko.in or calling the numbers above, along with clear images of the damaged product and your order ID.

Step 2

Allow 48 working hours for review.

Step 3

Upon approval, our courier partner will collect the damaged item.

Step 4

If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we will provide an alternative solution.

Step 5

Once the damaged product is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement (subject to stock availability) or process a refund.

Return or Replacement Not Applicable In Following Cases

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Missing or damaged original packaging
  • Request raised after 3 days from delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
  • Perishable items that have been consumed

Order Cancellation – Jainko

Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Shipping Charges – Jainko

We may offer FREE shipping on orders above a minimum order value (subject to change). Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders. Shipping charges shown at checkout will be considered final.

Pricing Information – Jainko

While we strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, and pricing, occasional typographical or technical errors may occur. The final price of a product is confirmed only after the order is successfully placed.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details due to an error, Jainko reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order unless it has already been shipped. In such cases, we may contact you for confirmation or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

An order is considered accepted only once the product is dispatched. Until dispatch, we reserve the right to modify pricing or cancel the order with proper notification.

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
